But it is a (concept) Toyota!
Where are those solid state batteries!?

Has anyone seen a Gen 6 4Runner in the wild yet?

Yep (Trd sport) and it looked like a reject Dodge Durango, back end better than new Taco imho, but I’m old and hate all things new so there’s that :bananadead:

    Interesting. Thanks.

I thought the general consensus was that they looked better in person than in the marketing material.

    I haven't seen one yet.

My Taco and my weekend car. I love the 4th gen except the headliner seems lose on the driver side and makes noises when cold. The passenger side is tight and i'm guessing because it has the grab handle which puts more mounting points for the headliner?

I have gone though so many different sports cars including 911s just to end up with a simple 2 car combo (S2000 + R35)

Your silver S2000 looks brand new. I saw a red one parked at the restaurant I was picking up food at on Friday. It was in like new condition. I always wanted one…

Yes I remember those and the Ironman theme that was being marketed. The Vehicross does look more like a hightop than the 4R and the 4R has a Vehicross vibe. I thought the VX was a neat vehicle, It was a hardtop Amigo with futuristic design elements for the time.

The 6G 4R has a taller than longer appearance 1st time in the history of 4R as they have looked longer than taller.

    Edit

That little 1/4 window looks like the inspiration for the XtraCab.

I still don't think it looks great, it's much tamer than what Toyota and Lexus does today. I don't hate it, it's kind of all over the place. The vents are verical while the head lights are horizontal, I'd prefer the center of the grill to extend under the head lamps too many non corresponding lines, but that's Toyota and and Asian auto design. I'll add I think the 6G front end looks good, it's fairly consistent and the lines match up creating a look, instead of looking like five different designs.

The refreshed Ram HD looks terrible so bad I have to mention it here. Why do the domestic insit on the family truckster quad reflector headlamps? That is terrible look.
