After you went through the effort of actually flexing out your bump travel did you still phase the lower mounts to the recommended 0° on the axle?

I keep my initially calculated position of the lower mount. It's not 0, it's way up, not aligned with the instructions.

It's hard to see but it's up to allow proper amount of up and down travel in my configuration

Gained yourself some extra droop then!! Nice work!

I've had my relocate kit arrive last week. just waiting to get my shocks from accutune. Then I can start my install.. definitely worth checking tolerances to squeeze all that you can get out of this mod.

I'd love to see some pictures of your truck with those 37s

How much space is left here at full droop?

I didn't check. It's a bad photo angle, check this one, but it's not full droop, just relaxed springs without weight

Has anyone squeezed in a 2.5 x 16" or is it too long?

Too long, unless you have a block under lift springs, not any stock length springs pulling 16" travel anyways, or even with 64s.
Don't chase numbers, just make what fits work really well

2.5 x 14" was too long on my setup and had to be limited internally to like 13.5". The longer shock will cause you to give up collapsed length without much usable gain.

Goodnuff. I think Rust Reformer is a decent match to the frame rails

Any recommendations on how to protect the exposed shock shafts? My old 2.0 I was running had some roost shields that clamped to the lower shock eye. Not seeing anything available from fox for the 2.5 12" smoothies.

Those roost shields are chewed up by the gravel and crap that the front wheels would kick up. Def want to save the new shocks after spending all that $$

I used the accordion-looking shock boots that Accutune sells. Zip-tied the top to the shock body and left the bottom open. One of them's a bit ripped, but I figure they're easy enough to swap out.

Thanks for the quick reply. You wouldn't be able to pull a part number for me, would ya?

KRS-M00069-BK is what I have in my notes, although I'm not seeing that listed on the Accutune site currently.

Googling that part number told me that it's a king boot. 2.5"x15".. they fit pretty nice? I'm guessing you just zap strap then on there
