Should I get a spring and shock replacement? And could this be the reason why the truck beds sagging on the right side?

You should be carefully inspecting the rest of that apparently neglected frame and verify it's not ready to break in two.

For your own safety, and that of those around you.

    Then think about the springs

The springs in the front of your truck have nothing to do with the bed of your truck. Leaf springs influence rear ride height.

I’d second the above suggestion before spending a dime based on what’s visible.

My leaf springs look good , but i saw a video saying that the springs and shocks may also influence that bed so I was wondering if that could be a reason aswell

Springs set ride ht, shocks control springs ocillation.

Rear springs affect rear of truck and the bed

One big failure point with rust is the spring mount to the frame. Could be your sag point.
