After multiple playthroughs (RDR2) the prologue doesn't get any easier either, it's still the same grind but I've already seen the coming attractions so It's more about losing myself in the world and just enjoying the wild west.

I tolerate the flood to play the rest of the game.

I hate that I might be missing out - I really enjoyed RDR 1

Speaking of, you want some sad side quests? Play Ghost of Tsushima

You're not wrong... I'd just rather be cruising around in a ghost or banshee.

Neighbor down the street pulled up to my house this weekend in his 2.5 gen Tundra asking if I'd do wheel bearings on his truck. I was nice and talked to him for a second but I didn't agree to do the job... something about working on random stranger's cars never sits well with me? Like imposter syndrome but also a fear of being held responsible for unrelated things that go wrong.

That was a good playing game. I've been meaning to play again with the Kurosawa style on but haven't gotten around to it.

Power density and value. Tesla makes the smallest modules that pack the most punch.

There’s so many wrecked Model S and Model 3’s out there, you can get them very affordably.

One of my favorite YouTube channels, Aging Wheels, is a great resource for EV conversion info. He used a Chrysler Pacifica? battery, but said he regretted it and wished he went Tesla instead (mostly because of what I said above)

The lady next door came over and told me how I needed to work on her sister-in-law's Chevrolet. <shreek> <gag> <puke> I said that I only knew about Toyotas.

lol. The last few Chevy cars I worked on were actually 100K disposable vehicles.

Some ATF and paint thinner will clean under body parts and not evaporate. I've got some gravel rash and trail scrapes on the forward side.

I assumed you had a welder already sorry!

That machine will treat you well though. I had included an extra top and bottom bracket in case you mess up or anything.

I’ve been itching for a reason to take the plunge, stinks having to call in a favor every time I want to do something to/for the truck…

Wife gave the green light to buy welding equipment as long as I sold the woodworking equipment that has been taking up 1/4 of the garage and collecting dust, lol. Scored the welder for $250, guy said it has less than a spool of wire ran through it! Also sold my table saw today for $375 so looking good to come out alright in all of this :D

Man, I'll have to post less often so I don't overwhelm you with project ideas

The acorn-style nuts for my casters arrived today.

Think in a few days I'll start welding up my stool, but for now I'm just waiting on my damn foam to ship.
