I'm not seeing one side worse than the other. And not really sure why people think changing plugs so frequently is such a big deal.

I think I'm just going to leave the factory plugs in for life! I had an F150 with well over 100K miles that ran like new on the original plugs. Blow on my dice baby! :)

    LOL
One pic shows the plugs with the iridium tips MIA, the other with three tips intact.
Might be time for a new set of readers.

    Look for yourself..

    Screenshot_20250311_091927_Chrome.jpg

The bottom row electrodes are completely gone.

I agree, most likely is somebody did the easy bank and then chickened out on the drivers side

I already confirmed this was not the case. I'm the original owner, this is the first time the plugs were touched. I'm wondering if there is a fueling issue, but not sure a dealer could pick up on that if they hooked up a computer.

X2 on the gap. I think there are at least two in this thread pecking away at braille keyboards.

As to the plugs, OP has twice stated he's the original owner, and this is the first plug swap.
You wouldn't forget doing a set yourself, and you wouldn't forget having them done, due to the associated cost.

Edit to note: I've said it earlier in the thread, and I'll say it again.
I changed out my original iridium plugs @ 120K~ and they were in nearly new condition.
Even if the OP has lost his mind and had one bank done, something would still be amiss here with these plugs in this condition @95K miles.

Well if it still runs good and there's no check engine light or codes then I wouldn't worry too much. A fuel delivery issue dangerous enough to cause damage would (should) code fairly quick and you'd have some symptoms like power, acceleration, etc

You likely wouldn't even have noticed the difference if you had replaced them sooner when they were due.. but I'm sure you already know that

You made me laugh at kilomooses.. so thanks for that :)

I hadn’t realized that the rod portion had melted down, but I actually thought the new plugs were more of a dome shape. Idk. Time change?
Here’s my new plug yet to go in…

If you read some of the tuning threads, there are mentionings of lean conditions on bank2 due to the fuel rail design.
However, I don't see the lean conditions it on my truck. My both banks are the same.
Probably worth a try to look at obdII
    data.
Here ate my plugs.Top 3 are bank2. Replaced at 71-72k.

Readers to check the check engine light that wasn't on? Seems to me that the plugs were still producing spark. That is what they do.

Same initial thought I had here as stated in a previous post: Counterfeit parts: First thought that came to me seeing the pic for those three. But it doesn't fit the narrative, as from reading here it seems that these were the original OEM plugs from the factory.

I reached out to a friend whom works at a dealer, his mechanics think it may be the O2 sensor. They suggested the cat could also be the problem. They are not Toyota mechanics.

LOL - I know you were meaning the actual vehicle tilting to the driver side, but I was thinking about the other kind of lean when I saw the pictures. Maybe the drivers bank is running leaner?
