Not a bad price if you figure it’s your lift, your regear and brake upgrade.

I am seeing replacement UBJ part 35102 for SPC as the recommended replacement which is different that the 25002 part number we have. It's cheaper and so if I am replacing these stupid things annually, I might switch.

I think the reality is SPC made shit upper ball joints and have made multiple versions now to try and correct their issues.

Maybe I’m just bitter though

EDIT — Confirmed with SPC they did change the UBJ design AGAIN due to failures. What a joke.

At least when they found out they made a turd they tried to fix it.

    Could be worse.

None of those would fit. With the white basket part in the dometic, I have about an 11.5 x 11.5 square that's about 14 +1/2 -0 inches high. Those baskets are all about 14 inches long.

    upload_2025-3-11_13-17-47.png

Those would fit, in theory, but I'm not sure how much space I'd be giving up for the sake of organization for those. Those are kinda bulkier than I was hoping for. Might see if I can rig something up on my own. But hey, at least now I have dimensions!

Wife has a door ding that had to have been someone opening a door into hers. There was white paint transferred and I was able to buff that out. Keep meaning to find a PDR guy to deal with the ding. I don't think it would be difficult for someone with experience.

It doesn't seem to bother her but it bugs me. The car has only got 15,000 miles on it.

Skilled PDR guys are straight up wizards. If I didn't have a paint crack that'd be the route I'd take rather than a pound / fill / respray.

    Good morning.
I have a vibration in the front of the truck after doing my repairs. Happens about 60 to 65 MPH. You can feel it in the floor.
I'm not sure it it's the axle or wheel bearing. I'm thinking axle. I'm going to ride with another tech to see if I can't figure it out before the weekend.

    Any thoughts?

This is what I did at my old house for this exact reason: Shed was a 20x24 - I jacked the shed up and installed 2x6 PT to make the spacing 12” because it was 24” on center. While it was up I leveled four 4x6 runners and settle the building. I then made an earth ramp entering the building.

SON OF A ..... Maybe that's what the dent in my door is from.... I thought it was a tree, maybe it's a door ding.....

Did you not have it before? Kept the same wheel locations or did you rotate? My cheap E loads balance mediocre at best, when i do a rotation the vibes change.

Funny story - I thought my alignment, balance or a mix of the two was borked and wanted to check it this weekend. When I crossed the border and got into MA and got on to the "smooth" roads of MA, the vibes all went away. Just shows how jacked up the RI roads are, when the road feels like a bad balance. :bananadead:

Also just a point to look at - look at how close to the driver seat the front leaf spring mount is. I've gotten that and thought it was up front but it was the leaf spring.

    Could be axle, balance, bearing.

I had a weird noise I couldnt track down and it was a broken leafspring. The front of the leafspring would flick off the mount and make a weird feeling through the cab mount. No sag on that side wierdly.
