So they upgraded the TPMS for 2024. You might have to repeat the relearn process when you rotate the tires but it saves having someone have to hook up a tool.
Some TireRack reps are better than others but I've had good luck over the years. I've found I can save $40 if I pick them up at their warehouse in my state. A bit of a ride but I can check the mfg dates to make sure I'm not getting really old stock since I don't put on as many miles as I used to. Old tires don't grip as well.

This programmer is great for programming the sensors or reading them or loading the sensor IDs to previous gen trucks. But it should not be needed when pairing them to the 2024 trucks.

I think there is a separate menu in the dash for rotation. I'll find out next spring.

So I just installed new wheels and tires from Tirerack that included the sensors. Shipped all mounted and equipped with sensors from them and 25 minutes into riding all the warnings came on the dash and my phone. Not sure where to go from here

Did you try adding the second set on the TPMS screen in the settings?

I’ve never done this so I’m kind of clueless . I can do this right from truck settings?

Go into the settings screen using the OK button on the left side of the steering wheel. Do this while truck is running and in park. Go to vehicle setting then find the screens to access TPMS and configure your new set of tires
