Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

My dad just came by the shop, by himself. Very odd, most of the time it's he and mom together.

Cole's birthday is coming up and he is the only male of his generation in my entire family. My brother and all my cousins have daughters.

Dad said I wanted to ask you if he could have a pistol? I said sure, he's got a couple people have given him but he only shoots them when I'm with him.

He said I want him to have grandpa's .38

That would be my great grandpa's. I never met any of my grandparents, dads parents were killed in a car wreck when he was 12 and my moms parents passed before I was born.

Dad said he wanted Cole to have it. I guess it'll keep my brother and I from fighting over it one day as well

 

I blame @StayinStock for putting a hex on you with the whole "3 hour at the phone store" lie and getting you out in 10 minutes.

Had you actually been there for 3 hours you would have had time to think about this

Pretty Barbara Feldon turns 92 today.


If you don't recognize the name you probably recognize the face, she starred as Agent 99 opposite Don Adams (Agent 86) in the 1960's TV series Get Smart.

Unusual for a woman character of the era - she was cool, capable and taller than her co-star too.




And boy was she cute too.

Pot luck lunch today at work.

That no one told me about.

No one ever sent an email about it, only verbal last week when I was out.

But I'm pretty okay with that since there are some guys that I know for a fact don't wash their hands leaving the bathroom. I don’t even want to know what they do at home.
