    I'm pretty sure Toyota test their products in the 3rd world market before the us. I have seen this in central America and I would only assume the same for the middle east. Ohh they have diesels right now too!

    Tacoma and tundra are north america only. They test them here, none built overseas im pretty sure. I'm sure quite a few find their way overseas though. Africa is hilux or land cruiser, even a land cruiser pickup.
