That is not normal. Are they filling it with oil or nitrogen?

As stated, we need to know if they are refilling nitrogen, oil, or both.

Shocks should not leak their nitrogen charge esp high end shocks. If these were purchased new, this should be a warranty claim.

Sounds like a faulty schrader valve

    All the things!
Can you post photos of the leaky shock(s)? Is it one or all of them?

How do you know they're leaking? Are there signs of oil?

As mentioned above, it could be a bad schrader valve, but it could also be leaking at the hose fittings or the shock end caps.

The potential for leaks also depends on what type of shock you have. Do the leaking shock(s) have reservoir(s)?

A picture is worth 1000 words here...

Definitely not normal. They do have a service interval but unless you put on thousands of miles on a month and are running them shocks hard, you should not need them to be serviced. I would contact King's warranty department and explain what is going on.

On a reservoir shock, I believe if it was anything other than the schrader valve or air end cap it would be leaking oil as well

What characteristics have you bringing the truck back in?
Are they charging you for your monthly top off?

Here are some pictures... no they don't charge me but it is a hassle to take it every month... i spoke with them yesterday and they are sending the shocks back to factory.. they said it will take them like 2 months to fix them.
