Long time TW member Jeff suffered a heart attack late September and underwent successful triple bypass surgery. He is steadily recovering but worried about his Taco sitting idle. Anybody in the Boston area willing to take his Taco for a ride to keep the engine warm, please volunteer here.

Lets wish Jeff a quick recovery so he can come back and share his expertise in lube, filter, exterior finish and the Boston Bruins.

Cheers and DONT Eat Steak, Jeff.

Ldytaco05, things are doing fine and thanks to all TW members for everything.
Naturally, things are still sore but improving all the time. Actually, I had 5 bypasses and a new aortic valve put in.
Looking forward to a complete recovery and waxing my truck in the spring. Thanks to TheMaster and all the TW members for their thoughts.
PS how come my local dealers cannot bother to stock some touch up paint? Trying to get some from them is like pulling teeth.

Jeff, Professor Emeritus of Hopkinton University. Its not a high profit item for the dealers and a low volume sale item. Furthermore, I also suspect that they do have a shelf life. So they order it in as required. Check with the Toyota body shops. If they are working on a truck of the same colour, you just might me able to get a little for nothing.

On the other hand, given the colour of your truck, your girl friends nail polish will do a stellar job if you ask me, Professor. ;)
