Replaced my tail light for the second time in 2 years. I have a new steel bumper I will be installing soon that should protect it a little more. I hit the stock bumper on a rock ledge and it cracked both tail lights. Plus I dragged the ass of the truck on a tree

Yeah that was also an option. I’m more concerned with the fading and yellowing. I just accept that rocks will pay a toll in the long term. Thanks for the suggestion though, I appreciate it!

Easy now! His post still fits the thread. ;)

ETA: Trying to figure out how to get the tailgate to open. The mechanism where the handle is seems to be ok as does the two rods attached to each side. One of the latches won't quite budge. I think there's something like a small rock stuck in the latch which is keeping it from opening. I already tore apart the plastic from the top and took off all of the T30 torx screws keeping in the back plastic on there, but I can't quite remove it all of the way to access that problematic latch. I was able to pry the plastic back enough to get my hand down in there to pull on the metal rod, but that latch ain't budging.

Welp, a member in here suggested fog lights for my 2014 from YotaTV,, I got them, only to learn they wont work, holes do not line up to bumper holes, light housing has major gaps, YotaTV has been negligent in resolving this, after i emailed them 3/5/25, I got a response from them acknowledging they received my complaint. I have emailed twice since then with no response. this is a PSA, DONT buy from them. they SUCK BALLS!!!

The same shit everyone else has.
Replaced the OEM alignment cams with a set of KPOffroad hex cams.

Just need to reset the camber and tie rods tomorrow now.

Put $500 down on a new taco that won’t be built until late April. I’ll need to get $12000 for my old one unsure I can get it. Here is what it looked like new 11 years ago. It has 170000 miles on her now,,

Dude! Tell me about it. That door lock actuator was such a pain in the butt to open and have it close properly.
