Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
And do you know why that is? It's because you can't get them anywhere else. How many hours do you think that press will run before that cam follower will have to be replaced again? In the long run, it will probably cost less than $.01/hr.

That said, I'm glad I'm not buying...

Nothing for that press is cheap.
We try to get as much as we can from other places (and do ourselves) before buying from the manufacturer.

Like truck parts, with some press parts it's best to get oem.

    Sweet handle bars! Looks great!

    I have the cone here.
Had to go back and look at the dimensions you used. I measured the cone and it should fit just right.

This is still the old chase light relay
(I recently put that plastic bag around it). Decided to start working. I can hear it working. It had to have been wet then frozen.

Cleaned up the cubby wiring/mounted the distribution blocks off the floor and away from the back wall.

If the schlitz gets that deep, there might be other things to worry about.

Well... we had some deep schlitz in Arkansas. The boys opted out when it was halfway up my hood. That was smart. Me doing it was dumb. Make sure to remind me about dumb...

Tomorrow is exhaust re-route day. Friday, likely oil change and tire rotate.

We didn't opt out. You opted us out! Still a highlight of the trip though when you suddenly appeared in my rear view mirror after that.

I can relate. We've been installing $50K automatic meat wrapping machines in our stores over the last year and a half or so. They auto wrap meat and seafood on those little styrofoam trays. They're Japanese made and really impressively adaptable machines, but very proprietary when it comes to parts.

We've had a recurring problem with a small 1/2" x 12" strip of adhesive backed rubber on an arm that pushes the wrapped package out of the machine. It's just there for a bit of grip as without it bigger packages can slip up over the stainless arm. For whatever reason, the adhesive would fail after 4 months or so and the suppliers and parent company couldn't figure it out, never saw it before. WTF are we doing differently? The replacement strip of rubber cost $174!!! The first few were under warranty, but then we had to stock extras because they would inevitably fail when packing before a sale or holiday. One day when I didn't have a spare, I used what I had as a temporary work-around - the electrical tape I had in my bag.

At this point, all but one of our wrappers (one was just installed last month) has the electrical tape fix and it never fails. I joke with the techs and installers at the reseller that their $50K machine is working flawlessly due to my tape and told them a bill for $3.29 is in the mail.

I hope you're using quality electrical tape, like Scotch 35. ;)

Figures a Ford would need a built-in platform for working on the engine.
