My 2016 Tacoma has 198,000 miles on it and has a hole in radiator. I am replacing it with OEM myself. Due to the mileage, I want to go ahead and do more while its out. I bought thermostat and housing and water pump and upper and lower hoses to radiator. Any suggestions on what else I should replace at the same time? I know I want to replace the 2 idler pulleys and belt tensioner and belt. Any advice is much appreciated. I bought all the parts from Toyota dealerships, however mine is charging same amount as if I didn't buy parts and no private shops will install parts they didn't purchase. I have to do this myself now. Local mobile mechanics wont touch it.

buy the belt and idlers at oreillys, gates or anything but master pro brand.
is the 3.5 a clutch fan? My 2.7 is, i'd throw a new fan clutch on there while you're at it.
I have a shop account w/ them and get about 30% off everything behind the counter so I rarely use dealerships for parts.

Here is a video on replacing a water pump on a Sienna with a 2GR-FE. The Tacoma should be easier being front mounted and with the radiator out.
