Say no to sway bars.

 

I say yes to sway bar.

 

X2. I drive to UF every other weekend and would rather keep my swaybar for the amount of highway driving I do.

 

thats what im thinkin, I dont offroad enough anyway

Ya but I feel like I would barely notice it's gone offroading. I've never been stuck or in a situation where having my swaybar off would have saved me.

 

True, I'm not saying it's a huge difference, but it's a little more flexy.

 

I like to pretend the street is actually the track, and my truck is actually a gtr, so I wont be removing my sway bar.

 

i've found that it doesn't nessesarily help with the getting stuck thing (especially since you have a locker), however drivability is improved. the ride at high speeds is a lot more comfortable, and you have better control over the vehicle thoughout the speed range.

here's a visual for that...

this was will and i just driving around the articulation spot the second day of citrus. you can see the difference by looking at the gap between the front tire and the feder, as well as the distance of the rear tire off the ground.

Edit: the rear tire part is asuming will and i have about the same length rear shocks and thickness leaf packs.





i do however understand where will's coming from, there is a little more roll around corners.

A sway bar is like a condom. It feels so much better when its off but its safer with it on
