no point in drilling holes in something so simple, better solutions are available with no drilling required and using oem bolts.

Does the Rubigrid just mount to the plastic snap-in cover? If so, I’m not sure how well that will support a couple of 7” arms with phones and radios hanging off.

Whereas the Victory design replaces that piece entirely and uses the 4 10mm bolt locations to mount the radio. Looks like a much cleaner, low profile and sturdy design albeit at 50% more than the Rubigrid.

No, it mounts to the 4 holes below. The included screws are longer. It is very secure. I have no issues with drilling the 4 holes, I mean it is just plastic.
And btw, I had the ICS fab version, I liked it, but was made for 14" radio.

it resuses the oem bolts where your touchscreen is mounted, its going no where :). i bought one and i like it because it sits flush so i can mount stuff closer to windshield and if it sits higher you have less room due to windshield.

I went ahead and got the bullet point mount. The one thing I don't like about all the other mounts is that you have to remove the back radio cover for install. That just leaves the space open to dust, dirt, etc falling in.

I'll post pictures of it on the 14" display

For those expressing interest, here is the Bulletpoint Mount behind a 14" screen on my 2025 TRD Sport.

Also pictured above is the grab handle mount, which is quite nice as well.

They also give the option to drill 4 or 6 holes for mounting, depending on the weight you plan to hang off the mount. The 2 auxiliary holes add bolts and nuts secured only to the plastic cover, while the 4 required holes attach to the screen mount holes with included longer bolts and washers.

I started with only the grab handle mount, but I wanted the space for the iPad, so I added the Rubigrid when it was released. Not disappointed at all!
