I noticed it when it didn’t fe different getting in & out the car. Feels like no difference when I should be up a couple inches. I know 3 inches isn’t a lot but I expected a more clear difference as it looks identical. I didn’t think I had a lift or leveling kit bc I bought the truck used & it appeared stock. Dealership didn’t know or tell me there was a lift on it if there was.

A review will have to do, I should have stayed away once he raised prices on me too when I was in store a good 200$. I wanted to get it done & my truck was already there. Shady mechanic if nothing is done I’ll have to write a review

Good grief, have you... oh I don't know... tried to speak directly with the shop?
Using a calm tone? Raising your concerns in a clear and rational manner?
Or did you run to the internet to complain to a bunch of strangers who cannot do anything about your situation? And who did not perform the work on your truck?

High level view here (no pun intended), I would get my money back and tell shadetree Bob to fix the shaking at highway speed. No way that is a 3" lift. If a 3" lift only lifts 1", then it should be called a 1" lift.

Went to the shop & door's were locked, called the owner and told him what was going on. He stated the parts i gave him were installed & I know that bc i could see them when getting new wheels.but i didnt really see/feel a difference but the uncomfortable bumpy ride home. He told me what i got is more less a leveling kit when its sold as a 3inch lift kit. $250ish. I also told him i was comparing before and after photos and dont really see a difference.(photos above) He then told me "it is what it is" & when i want to actually lift it the right way come back to him.

    To solve shaking start here.

Most unlikely that was caused by your spacer lift.

All things considered here, the truck had/has previous and or present delayed maintenance and other issues

all things considered I don’t think a lift kit/modification falls under maintenance for a vehicle. This vehicle has had on time oil changes whenever one was needed and all maintenance has been performed to keep the vehicle running in tiptop condition. You Can clearly see in Photos, there is no lift compared to the previous photos without a lift. The people in this chat, trying to justify a shady mechanics Work is insane because they practice the same thing.

Did you choose the product or did the shop? Did you give the okay for the work or did they work on the truck without your knowledge? Did you do any research? A lot of blame being put on the shop for what sounds like your own negligence. I mean, you don't even know what your truck did or didn't have prior.

Wait a second... you bought the parts... asked them to install them... they installed them... and you are unhappy with it? You brought them the parts. If you went to them in the first place and told them what you wanted, he could have done what he said and lifted it "the right way." This is 100% on you for not understanding your truck, the parts you bought, and reality.

Could you please post exactly what you purchased and had them install? That'll help us understand what should have been expected.

    I chose product
yup yup yup, but coming to an Expert in this field you would think the Expert would recommend something different ESPECIALLY if seeing a 3 in spacer lift is already installed lol. This was clearly about making a quick 720$ to replace existing parts and giving the customer his car back knowing he’s under the impression now he has a 3in lift. That shows low morals & ethics bro. If im a shop owner and someone brings me something to install and when I go to install it, they already have the existing parts. I personally would call them back to ask them if they would like to return or upgrade from what they originally have. That was not done which points to them just trying to make a buck at the end of the day.
