Idk I just saw it come up and it was kind of an impulse buy. It seemed to have a lot of recent maintenance done.

This is what he said. I haven’t tried burping it yet. Not sure if he did when he topped it off.

Burp that shit, it's super simple

And let's hope it's just air trapped in the system

I've been looking for a deal on some used 35's cause I really don't want to tear into the axels and swap pumpkins for 4.10's.

yeah mine is only pretty good at remembering what things look like... idk google has let me down, but a 2nd/3rd gen front diff is not too hard to get my hands on, shortening the jack shaft is annoying.

Thx, it's one of those things where the right deal will come along eventually I think, TBH I don't even care if it is an IFS model, that would probably ride nicer and track better on road.

There's always a ton of 1st gen 4Runners for sale here. I've never paid over $3k for any but you could get a real clean one for under $5k.

i would cut/sleeve the tube and have dutchman make a shorter shaft to match… i dont see it as a prohibitive amount of work if youre already in there making new diff mounts and probably moving the motor mounts up

This Jan/Feb was abnormally cold on a real note lol.

Bring up old conversation though @6P4 and @Speedytech7, I placed my Toyota of Decatur order on 3/5 @1030. Contacted them Monday to get an update on shipping etc. and I was told at that time, that I had ~200 orders ahead of mine. He gave me an ETA of "late next week". Whether thats out of processing and shipped, or arrival to my door, I have no idea. But just something for you guys to compare to.

Fair enough I guess, I'll give em a couple weeks I'm in no rush really. It is a pretty big sale, I'd imagine it is still piling up for them.

I don't love that delay but it makes sense. They dug themselves a hole, now they need to dig back out of it. Thanks for the update.
