I’m thinking I might replace the MAF sensor. Could it have something to do with the fuel filter by chance? That’s not been changed yet and I have 90k miles on the truck.

when RR'ng sensors that deal with air/fuel always best to buy OEM

im totally down with saving $$ and at times buy AM
    however.......
must say the last AM CTS i bought failed after 4 months......luckily was under 6month warranty from vatozone

After looking back at the coolant temperature and noticing it was 78 degrees, I'm assuming that all the temperatures are in F. If so, the reading of 33F is severely off. Is that a MAF issue?

    That was my initial thought

on my taco there is an Air Temp Sensor
    Plugs directly into airbox
Do u have a similar setup?

Glasiman pretty spot on with stuff like this

I was incorrect again. The temps were in C. This picture was taken after cleaning the temp sensor with MAF

As to your question about getting it off Rock Auto, yes you could. I see that they offer a Denso and an NTK unit and they arnt too bad price wise. I personally do not buy auto parts online because if there is a problem getting a replacment and returning the defective part is a real hassle. It is an electronic part and in my experience auto parts stores will not take electronic parts back.

The light went off after cleaning the MAF better. I missed the 2 sensors inside the thing.
