    Hybrid front is ok.
    Go Warn, skip the shittybilt
Bilstein 8112 good series. Not bad. Then Old man Emu? The fuck? why you cheaping out there? Hit up WheelEveryWeekend for a proper setup.
Rear, get some springs, Deaver to match the front.
add in bump stops. DuroBumps at a minimum to start.
    Rear bumper, not bad.
    Why change the hood? Trash.
Go Magnuson theres better tunes out for it already.
5.29s yes and add front locker.
ARB, mount it in the bed..

I think tube bumpers are fugly, especially on the back. Makes the truck look like it’s missing parts.

thats my only real critique, and its purely subjective.

1st and 2nd Gen yep. 3rd Gen conversion is a wiring, ECU, PCM, money nightmare.

I'd do 6112/5160 and some larger tires and forget about the rest. Maybe a cheap portable 12v air compressor if you really want it. That's a lot of coin for not much in return.

Really? Seems like you should be able get everything out of a junked DCSB manual and only the tail light harnesses would need extending. Probs a custom driveshaft too.

After reading the comments and thinking, I've decided to sell it and get a Ranger Raptor. Upgrading would just be a waste of time and money when I can get way more with a warranty.

Be ready to use and abuse that warranty if it treats you anything like my last 2 work f150's.

After 230k between 2 trucks ford is black listed in my books. Current is a 23 with a 5L and im at 6 warranty trips after 40k the 19 had multiple diff/trans and cam issues ontop of smaller items. My 18 tacoma 3 recalls done no warranty work or issues outside of trash aftermarket components and poor workmanship over 210k

You may be right. However, just wait until you get 70k miles on that Raptor and it turns into…..well, a Ford. Had a brand new f150 prior to my Tacoma. Seemed like a well made truck until 65-70k miles on it and suddenly everything squeaked, rattled, cracked, rusted, broke, etc. It was the biggest disappointing hunk of shit I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. Proceed with caution.

I think that is a good move in your case. Your build was all over the place especially for light off road mall crawling - over built with some mods, then nothing, then cheap shit.
You would not be happy with that build. Take the Raptor drive it for a year or two stock then move on to your next truck. Hey, you will at least have the cool Raptor lights.

You’d have been best off with a stock TRD Pro and a good set of tires, imho.
