Matheson got me sorted with an exchange. It’s not shiny like mine was but it’s fairly clean, painted and in good repair. No issues with it not previously being theirs and I own this one if I ever want to take it somewhere else. I was mostly worried about ending up with one like most I saw on marketplace, rust buckets that look like they’ve been rolling around in the back of someone’s truck for years…

Paid $100 for the tank and $51 for the exchange, so sounds like I did alright.

Let me join the welding supply talk. Just picked up the top for my new welding table I'm going to build, it's 48"x34'x1/2". Been needing this for awhile!

Stuff that costs more than my wife thinks.
It's been a long while, but my experience, the shops buy the tanks and have an adapter to refill, kind of like how you can use a propane tank to refill the little coleman shits.

The shops usually swap them out.

    Details on the 35s?

    What tires did you get?!

I've been shopping for new 35s this last week.. need them ASAP. Been running my spare for a good while now and lost another after finally getting it back on the road. Lol so it's parked in the driveway looking pathetic. So much so, someone left a note to buy it, and included .. "even if non-operable" lol.

Tons of mining operations in that area. Big and small. Mingus mountain, Crown King and all over the Bradshaw mountains, Mayer, Spring Valley, Dewey, Poland Junction, etc. I grew up in one, there were 3 others in the area all along 69. My parents ran a fertilizer plant based off old tailings from the largest one in the area. Collected idk how many old railroad spikes, my old "swimming hole" was in the creek where a mining cart damn created a deep pool. Was taught how to pan for Gold in said creek. Lots of mining history in that area. I do miss it. @Milota95 and @prise have experienced some mine exploration with me up there. Lots to explore in the Bradshaws especially.
