Lazy people piss me off

I'm 16 and my dad ownes a nusrery(plants not kids) and I've been working on it since I was about 4. Recently a guy came to work for us has been slackin and the field manager has to baby him and it embarrasses me because he is one of the three americans that work in the field (myself being one also) and all of the others are some form of hispanic. This just kinda pisses me off because he doesn't pull his weight, anybody else ever had a similar problem?

I work for the state. You wouldn't believe the shit I deal with. Union workers are by far the laziest fuckers ever.THATS RIGHT I SAID IT.

 

I have the theory that all the illegal Mexicans that jump the border to work should be allowed to stay here just because we have plenty of people who actually live here and don't do shit and just mooch off the system. For every Mexican that wants to come here to actually work, send a lazy POS to Mexico in exchange.

 

Last I checked 98% of our EMS is unionized.



And we're definitely lazy mofos.

I'm not gonna rat the guy out and get him fired, he is doing a good job of that by himself. He's about to get the boot. But in the mean time I'll be working my ass off so I dont end up like him.

And @jtav2002 I'm with you on that one, they are the hardest working people I've seen, some of us don't know how good we have it. Half of those guys work their asses off just to send money back home to their wife and kids who are living in a house with a dirt floor in it.

^ might work. the other day i got passed up on a promotion by some fat slob cause he cried to the union about how he has more seniority than me. i do 98% of the work my supervisor can do. that fat bastard slithers along at work. only reason i hate unions.

 

Only about every job I've ever had. I have worked harder than a lot of people and they are the ones that seem to be treated as they are a god, I guess I dont kiss enough a**! I'm so sick of it, but it's been like this just about every job I've ever had. My current job is the worst I've seen though. I've always thought my work would speak for its self but I'm starting to think that is bs and kissing but is the only way to get anywhere.

 

Thats just the way it goes... every job ive ever had has had at least one lazy fucktard to go along with it.... But those are the guys that are not going anywhere in life... unless their the type with one of those lucky horseshoes shoved up their ass... then its ok for them to be lazy....

 

I love watching young people figure out that the way the world works is not what they were told growing up.

Yes, you can work as hard as you want to, but the hot 23 year old who's fucking the company owner will be your boss in 6 months. Even if she just plays minesweeper all day.

What the Fuck do you know! You're 20 yrs old! A fuckin' nursery doesn't have anything to do with a union. Besides,Ya get what ya pay for. If a worker isn't doing what he's supposed to that's the boss's fault.
