Price: $1,500 + trade your 4.30 stock manual transmission differentials (must have rear locker) for my 5.29 Revolution Gear built differentials. Essentially you’d get a great rehear for $1,500. That is way below the normal price of $3k minimum to get the work done.

I have decided to upgrade to a 4th gen Tacoma and have put down my deposit for one. I want to swap my gears back to stock 4.30 for the next guy since my tires are stock. That said, I am looking to trade plus cash on your end. Your truck needs to be a manual transmission TRD Off-Road or Pro to have the compatible differentials for the swap.

Also willing to accept 4.88s out of an automatic TRD OR or Pro that has been regeared. Just don’t want to give the next guy 3.91 or 5.29s.

    Details:
    • 47k miles on the gears (and climbing a few hundred miles per week)
    • Installed February 2023
    • Built with all OEM Toyota parts for bearings, seals, bolts, flanges, etc
    • Front diff has the ECGS bushing
    • Stock 8.75” locker in the rear
    • Crush Sleeve eliminator in front differential

We can do the swap work in my driveway. It will take the better part of the day to do all the work. I have gaskets for the rear diff and RTV for the front. You bring your own gear oil. The work is not difficult, just takes some time.

Don’t have any photos of the front but here are some photos of the rear I took recently at about 43K miles. I had a tiny leak from the RTV used originally in the rear, so I swapped it back to a gasket. The gears look fantastic and there is 0 indication that they will give up the ghost anytime soon. The setup done on them was done very well by @Texoma here.
