If your primary goal is saving weight/adding power and not overlanding you’re going to be happier shaving than growing a beard. That means throwing steel away not gluing hair to your face. Your best is to glue hair to the top of your pistons as opposed to gluing hair onto your intake manifold, unless you plan on changing the intake manifold which was originally designed to work properly which means that you will also need to change timing in the event you decide to start shoving air into the intake manifold via super charger. It’s gonna get hairy because the original engine is designed to regard intake timing so that the intake bake remains open during the first 1/5 of the compression stroke. This forces stroked air into the intake manifold which ramps up boost pressure similar to a turbo charger. A lot of people out the magneson charger on and they complain “it’s not any faster is it just heavier” the answer is no.. fi doesn’t work with stock intake or timing.

I have always come to Tacoma World for informative information, but threads like these always make me think that with the introduction of a "best of" section, this site could also be an entertainment goldmine.

This is NOT the place to come for advice . . . . just saying.
The best tires, wheels, suspension, etc. = what ever the poster runs.
Plus I have seen people post some crazy ass shit on here.
    Entertainment . . . . absolutely.

meh on the pro charger, the stock tune has a low rev limit (due to your limited fuel system) Another guy already blew his engine with an aftermarket tune that didnt limit the rpm. Still also have the issue with the intake flap being a weak link.
