It's a new model for 2025 and it's the only one I've seen. I'm sure in the future it'll come out in other colors but none right now.

Spent some time putting a few of these together that I had sitting on a shelf in the basement.

 

I went on vacation to visit my brother who lives in New Zealand. He is also a collector so we went shopping. I found a few that I haven't been able to get in the US.


He also gave me some of my trucks and a beetle from my childhood that he had in his collection.

 

The older ones you had to put the hood on that was held in place buy the dash and fit like crap. Same with the seats. I ended up gluing all of them in. The new-er ones have the hood and dash already together. The seats, they melted the tabs that stuck through the bottom.

 

They all came with the bumpers and rear deck lid on them but you can’t open the deck lid without pulling the bumper down a little. Same with the front hood.

BTW, Just got “recommended” by our overlords this YouTube…
It is premiums and has a Sequoia and Tacoma in the 2nd 3rd, and F1 in the last 3rd. But the whole thing was interesting.

I expected full painted dashboard detail and stitch painting with model paint. Just playing. 1/64’s can be painstakingly to put back together

 

Haven’t been able to green light the majorettes yet but they are growing on me

 

To be honest I only picked this one up because it's a Nissan GT-R and likely good trade fodder.

 

Having been to every Dollar General in a 30 mile radius, I've struck out on every exclusive except for this Dodge Van. Still actively seeking the purple 83 Silverado. If I had seen the Subaru, I would have picked that up as well.

This is the 1970 Mach 1 from above, I'm about 90% done with it and I'm about 90% pleased with it. I removed the "Twister" decal from the rear quarter and I'm on the fence about losing the stripe. I want to decal the tires and may tweak the rear ride height a bit. The front is dialed in, though.

 

I saw the van recently. I may have seen the Subaru, but there are so many In every brand so far. I have only seen the truck once… by a scalper. I wonder if that time has passed. However, I’m still willing to look in those places one can hope are less traveled.
