    The end to an all around bad day. I microwaved a container of honey because it was solid.(with the cap open) When I removed it from the microwave and turned it on it's side to pour it in a bowl it exploded all over my hand. This is about two hours later and it's still swelling a little. Any EMTs out there have any suggestions?

    Ouch that sucks. Hope you heal fast.

    I have a 2 second degree burns on 2 fingers and the other 2 fingers have first degree burns when I went to pick up my tire after it fell off on the highway in the exit lane :eek:.

    Yup....Don't do that again. :) Honestly probably the lido spray someone suggested and Go to your doctor and get some burn cream. It may be over the counter now but I don't think it it. Looks like it hurts bro. Hope it heals fast.

    That sucks, I don't feel so bad now.(Hope you feel better soon) How'd the tire come off? I had a tire come off a truck I bought off of a coworker the day I picked it up. The idiot hammered the lugs on with an inpact and cracked a couple of the studs. It came off at 80, hit the divider and disappeared up into the night sky. Found out a year later from my buddy who is a deputy sheriff who just happened to be on court room duty that I inadvertently stopped a drunk driver that night. I guess it came down right infront of a drunk driver in the oncoming lane causing him to loose control avoiding it and sent him crashing into the ditch off the right. He was found passed out by the police behind the wheel.
