    I am happy there are a few more of you interested in such geeky or technical things, like how to get symbols.

    Since I write about places in Baja California, I need to use Spanish letters and accents, often.
    The Alt codes are how I get them (on a PC).

    Alt + the following for these:
    160 = á
    130 = é
    161 = í
    162 = ó
    163 = ú
    164 = ñ
    129 = ü
    168 = ¿
    173 = ¡
    *I also have the codes for capital letter: Á (0193), É (144), Í (0205), Ó (0211), Ú (0218), Ü (154)
    If you are an author and want to protect your work with a copyright symbol © it is Alt + 0169

    Okay, done with the lesson!
    Sunny but a bit cool today.
    Happy Sunday, everyone!

    I use an iPad 99% and I don’t think I can do most of that stuff with the iPad. Besides I’m dumb as a box of rocks when it comes computers and such. When I was working I had an assistant who dealt with that stuff. Also had an in-house computer tech guru and had him on speed dial. When ever he saw it was me calling he was in my office within seconds. He knew I had probably screwed something up major, wanted to get to me before I blew up the whole system. Now a days my wife is my computer guru and she’s damn smart.
    When I want to say what the temp is I either say it’s 57 here today or if I really want to show off that I can spell I’ll say it’s 57 degrees here today. I’m just an old school old dude doing the best I can. I’ll leave the fancy stuff up to you brainiac old farts. :)

    That's awesome Tom. Just keep in mind even though PT might be ending you still want to continue putting in the work.

    Evening all:

    Another welcome @ TacRich, BTW, Ken forgot to mention that it's your turn to fill the cooler!

    :yay:, it's the little things that count!
    I used the last oil filter that I had when I changed oil in the Z turn, stopped at Lowes and they were $14.98, $15.88 W/tax, WTH, are they made of gold! Started looking around on the puter and found them at Home Depot for $7.90 + tax with free ship to home, ordered 2 of them for $16.94, the local tractor supply was also $14.99 + tax, was happy to get 2 for just a tad more than the price of one. :)

    My coach, the wife, never let's me slide. Every day is a PT day but it helps with the recovory. Today my first exercise period is at 7am because she has a doctor appointment at 8:30. My formal PT session is at 2:30 this afternoon. The new walking program really tires me out, a good thing.

    Welcome, I lived the 55 MPH era and yes no one did 55. Make sure you put some.water in the cooler and stay off the fancy dan rocking chair, the owner of the chair gets upset if anyone else uses his chair.

    Good Morning. Getting an early start today. I am still trying to figure out hou to do the exercises, the ice therapy, and the walking, to maximize the walking. My first walk yesterday I did 2 laps around the Cul-de-sac but the next 2 walks i was only able to do 1 lap. The bottom line is i was able to do 3 walks, positive outcome. Getting out in the fresh air and sunshine is healing in itself. Another positive part of my daily activities is i now cook in the kitchen more. Cooking in the kitchen me as I am standing up more which hepls with the recovery.
