Seems like weird way to sell a product that's a necessity. Yeah you'll have to buy oil eventually when you run out. I can see the oil company wanting to get their inventory out while they got drivers on the clock and not wanting to schedule their days and routes around the customers demand. What if someone refuses to pay? Now the oil company is going to court, or do they just eat the cost which isn't going to hurt them that much. It seems like a risk for them that may not pay off. Maybe there's some kind of incentive for the driver to sell their whole load that day and they and they top off as many customers as needed on the route until they're empty. Obviously they are doing it to make money but it's not obvious to me why they operate this way.

 

I agree, however you break it down it just doesn’t make much sense because I’m sure they lose a lot of customers over that type of behavior.

ORP, it’s so high tech compared to my truck. It’s pretty peppy too. It’s my wife’s truck and it was hard to keep up with her on the highway. I had my speculations on the turbo 4cyl but it’s quick.

 

That thing is BEAUTIFUL. The best of the 2025 colors in my opinion.

 

Also if anyone ever needs to lock one of their exterior hose lines or oil fill lines (like I do)…I finally found what exactly what I need:

Same here, the color is pretty unique. Looks blue or dark green depending on the light. I was shocked I was able to find it at msrp. I forsee Everest green being one of the colors that will be discontinued in 2 years like Quicksand

 

Yeah I could definitely see that too. We’re planning on getting my wife a 2025 4 runner at some point this year too but I think she wants black. I’ve been trying to convince her to get an Everest green one though.

So far it seems like only a few are on the lots around here and none of them have any of the options or colors we want.
