Never looked into them so I have no idea. I get bad enough mileage and from what I have read you have to run premium fuel (which could have changed with the Magnus on kit, but I Remeber the trd ones required premium). Either way going to be smiles per gallon and be a lot more fun to drive.

I can’t wait! I did have a 3rd gen 4Runner that was supercharged and that was a fun truck! Been wanting one since then.

Rebuilt the lower control arms I picked up from @Windigo. Waiting on the new cam bolts to come in and then cut out the control arms and weld in the marlin crawler kit…

I can assure everyone that they did not look like that when picked up. I personally can't believe how well they came out. Nice work.

have you considered starting a build thread? Just sayin..

@Saturnine i am guessing you tried rotating the tires front to back to see the vibration moved? I would remove the rear drive shaft and feel the u-joints they should move freely up and down/side to side without any binding or stiff spots. .

Move the driveshaft up and down near the carrier bearing and check for play in the carrier bearing.

Are these good vibrations or bad ones?

    A few other possibilities:
    • Unbalanced driveshaft from trail damage or balance weights fallen off.
    • Unbalanced brake drum(s) from being out of round, not seated squarely, or balance weights fallen off.
    • Unbalanced brake rotors(s) from being out of round or not seated squarely (I had this happen with 4Runner StopTech rotors).
    • U-bolts loosened over time from leaf pack compression.
