Long delayed got the ride in January, but added Bilstein 5100s, stripped off the roof rack and side steps, painted the wheels, got BFG K02s, got a new grill and painted it, put laminx on my fog lights, added a hard tonneau cover, threw on alpharex tail lights, added sony stereo and backup camera, and soon to add bed lights and pop n lock tailgate handle. (pic is of truck when I first got it)

Auto up and down switches today.
Had these on the shelf and just decided to knock them out this afternoon, took about 15 minutes to replace both.

Kings went on the rear along with the 37s

going from load range E mud tires to these load range C all terrains completely changed the ride. Went from wooden roller coaster to a cloud

Connected the new battery to ground yesterday afternoon, drove to Hippo car wash and lost a lot of dust from woodworking projects that were done in the next bay. Snow overnight, melted off through this morning, so I took it through a couple of roundabouts to hang out with my 2-year old grandson, and back home with a second go through those roundabouts. After some study, (two winters with a school year between with Barcelona Red in the garage), I reset the display and clocks, so the Sony single-DIN stereo receiver is back in action.
I came across Hilux Tim's YouTube channel (Part 1 and Part 2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3SFDa05v7Y A US Tacoma guy posted a video explaining why it's not possible to buy a Hilux in the US, due to a tariff/tax on chickens established by LBJ, President (1963-68). He established a petition on change dot org to repeal that tax, which was established to protect US automakers from foreign competition. Apparently automobile manufacturing in this country was involved with chickens, or the egg?

Here's an update on the seats. It's a poor picture, but I'm picking them up tomorrow! I can't wait

Nice! I wish I had Kings all around. If I could do it over, I would have gotten King instead of Icon when I initially purchased aftermarket suspension. I currently have 295/75/16’s that are Load Range E. I can’t say it’s the best ride but, my suspension is super stiff due to lack of weight and it’s lifted higher than it should be. I have lots to work on….just don’t want to spend the money & time tinkering with it. Your truck is lookin’ good!

Kings ride super hard lifted too high as well. I was in icons from 2010 until last year. They're fantastic when applied correctly.
