Does anyone know if there is a noticeable difference between what people are calling the "OG" 16x8 +0 RPT1 and the current offerings? I know the og supposedly came with a 110.5 center bore but I have read that there is a noticeable difference in concavity. Anyone know for certain? Thanks.

I can’t say for sure but I would thing there would be no difference. The concavity should come from the off-set… that not me would be what would pitch the spokes in/out from the hub to lip. But if you want an answer with 100% certainty… call them. This is the main point from Japan to the US.

These center caps fit perfectly fin with the 108 center bore? Another poster a few pages back mentioned having to epoxy them. Looks amazing btw!

I'm leaning towards a set on my white truck and also on the fence between gold or gunmetal.

My main concern is figuring out center caps for the 16" wheels with different bore sizes. I'm not a fan of the unfinished look without centercaps.

Thanks for sharing this info. Earlier in this thread another member had issues with his RPT1's with the 106.1 bore not clearing so I'm trying to clear up some confusion.

    Is your truck a 4x4?

No, it's a 2WD, if you have 4x4, the front hub gonna protrude a little bit into the center caps, making them slightly not seat flush, but that's about it

The larger bore meaning the 108.5 ones? Are they vibrating since it's not hub centric or did you get hub rings to fit them? Also, are you on stock suspension? Great looking truck!

After much debate I took the plunge & Dropped the cash….So happy I did! Love the wheels, love the color. OG big bore 16” No hub rings or spacers. Very smooth on the highway. It is seriously crazy how much lighter these are than the stock O/R wheels.

Haha thank you! But I'm still kind of iffy about it because I don't like how the seller would ignore my questions. He's done it twice! Maybe I should ask for more photos of the wheels just to help my peace of mind... Would you mind checking it out for me since you're close to him? lol jk
