I think I'm gonna be out for this one to, my truck still needs some more work done by the shop to get it to 100%. They are waiting for parts to come in, in the meantime I am driving it with a CEL. I think I will have to get it back up to speed for a little bit before I am comfortable wheeling the piss out of it lol

Sorry to hear that your still battling issues. If it gets fixed in time and you change your mind you know where we'll be.

Will do. I think I might take the weekend for a less intense camping trip with my brother and a few of our friends, including my buddy who just got his '06 Tundra

What are you working on now?

And why would you start it more than a week out from a trip?!

Been dragging my feet on the spindle gussets since I haven't been able to straighten my spindle out and they only have like <1/8th" of clearance on the wheels since I guess I have almost too much backspace which I don't love
So the whole front end is still basically completely torn apart, new UCAs are in at least though lol

Nervous to put it back together without the gussets too since.. well ones pretty damn bent already

I was making a joke at my expense…

Damn, that’s rough! Any heartburn against running a quality, hub centric spacer? That feels like the easy button. I haven’t had any issues with mine.

It's a new tire guessing they had enough complaints like mine to release a new tire actually built for rugged terrain

Seeing your experience the R/T Trails were not actually "trail" rated tires.

Or their definition of trail is different than ours lol

Like a tacoma "offroad" package. You can void the warranty if you take it offroad?

For sure rugged trail did not live up to its name. The pro looks solid though. But so far happy with the MT need to take them wheeling just waiting a bit after the recent rains cause F mud

By the poll it's looking like it's going to be a 1st gen party! Excited for next weekend!!

@time623 are you going to have your truck back together in time?
