    she's been a CNA at a local hospital out here in Scottsdale for 5 years on a Med-Surg Floor so she's totally comfortable in the environment...There's tons of new grad positions opening all over the valley so I don't think she'll have a hard time finding a job...her nurse manager wants to hire her so it looks like shes in :woot:
