Does anyone have a set of JBA arms in the parts heap or that need to come off for some type of service soon? Measurements should only take a half hour.

I just need to get some measurements for something I am working on.

They need to be jbas's but thanks anyways.

Trying to figure out my next set of bushings for my spc arms. The bushings are discontinued

$25 worth of delrin would make some decent bushings.

I think they would affect the ride and roadworthyness. I have a few options

    1. Ditch spcs
    2. Make stainless or maybe even plastic sleeves to press in to the spcs to accept some commonly available bushings. OD around 2" ID is ~1.79". Gotta see how stuff lines up length wise
    3. Cut off barrels and weld on new ones the right size
    4. Cast my own poly bushings using a 3d printed molds
    5. Just cut delrin to spc size

    Im likin 2 the most.

5 can be done in a couple hours and you're back on the road while you fiddle with stuff otherwise.

Once he pops in sleeves then he can use off the shelf parts for the rest of its life though.

True, may be worth a try just to see how it does. I dont need anything immediately but I want to get it figured out for when I do.

Yeah and mostly interested in JBA so I can grease without taking the whole thing apart. The delrin way I dont think they get greased either

    True, but $ and money.

If it's not a rush job to get it back on the road, worth the sleeves. If I needed to get it on the road today I'd be hack sawing some delrin tubes :p

I’m not sure if it matters but I think they are the HD ones. I could stop by sometime if you just need a measurement.

If they were off that would be better but maybe if anyone doesn't have an uninstalled set we can figure something out

I've got the OG ones on my truck, so design might be different that what you are looking for.
IIRC the ROKO guys knows the owner, do you want me to reach out to see if there is something they can do?
