I’ll be passing through tomorrow morning. They have a spritz of white spray paint which can be seen in the pic

Dang I just saw this! If you still have them and pass through the corpus area I'll take them off your hand. I assume they might fight a 2015?

Update! I ended up installing the new doorman driveshaft and it felt like it was entirely gone, the vibration that is. A day after it crept back mildly. I finally took it to a shop locally and after a week long of diagnosing it they came to the conclusion that every thing from engine/transmission to the rear differential was as good as new. They said what they came to conclude was I have axle wrap. I knew my leaf's were flat and I've been meaning to replace them, from what they told me is there is play due to my flat leaf springs. They suggested taking it to a 4wheel specialty shop to see what they thought, but he was 90 percent sure that's what the vibration was due from. So now ill probably be replacing the leaf's here before too long.

Wow, so what leaf packs are you leaning towards? I had ARB ones, were not bad, ended up in the end with the heavy duty set. I wanted the deavers but never pulled the trigger on them.

New tires on the TA and a quick bath. Next is an alignment and we are back on the road.

I put new shocks, ball joints, bushings, tie rods, center drag link, bearings up front, rebuilt the carb, ran new brake lines, and a few other odds and ends.

I took it for the second drive in several years today!

I was thinking maybe the ARB. I don’t need anything too crazy, I don’t plan to get a bed rack or anything. Nor do I go off road much, mostly just the beach.

You may get by with the standard set, I thought that as well but I used my Taco to haul and pull things plus everything else so I needed the HD pack.

Does anyone know of a reputable shop here in SA that can do a body mount chop on a 2010 tacoma to stop the tires from rubbing?

I have one but I just use the harbor frieght one, not the best but it does what I need done. Not sure it would handle a full on paint job removal from metal.

Hypothetically, what would it take to let a guy sand blast some seat rails with it?

    Beer, money, slave labor?

Umm let me test something around here first before we go that route. Have you checked into a couple locations around town to see what they would charge, were you just going to spray paint them once that was done?
