Yeah…I know how it goes. They all mostly ride hard when cranked down too much. Too much preload + how they are valved etc. I understand why my ride is rough. I just don’t want to tinker with everything lately

Finally mated together the twin stick transfer case and tranny with valve body upgrade. Its always sketchy to me every time i lift this much metal alloy at an eye level..20250319_112404.jpg 20250319_115820.jpg20250319_122944.jpg

Absolutely. Definitely overkill for the space though, I'd probably buy a 10" sub if I didn't have this one laying around.

Generally curious is this just an FJ tcase with a twin stick kit on it?
Does this allow for H/L selection for front and rear individually, or am I thinking triple stick?

The VF2B (FJ Cruiser, 4Runner Trail Edition) transfer case and twin stick conversion allows you to change between 4wd-2wd and hi and lo range manually and independently. (1) stick for 4-2wd selection, (1) stick for hi-n-lo range selection

New boot goofin today! Firestone Destination A/T2 in the stock 265/70R16. Picked up an unused 2022 spare, also had Costco throw in TPMS sensors.

First time since buying the vehicle in 2023 that I've had no blinking TPMS light!!

Got a couple dumb stickers for the camper glass.

Aries Brush Bumper, ACI Lights, AOB switches, Back Up Camera and Beepers. Black front emblem and rear Tacoma Black. Other badges removed. Leer cap. Dobinsons snorkel.
From the Better Late Than Never Department: Finally got a snorkel installed! The touch screen died about three years ago. I managed to get it set to
Bluetooth so I could use SiriusXM app from phone with truck speakers. Toyota wanted over $5,000 to replace the head unit. Got one on-line for
$222.00. Looks brand new but I suspect it is from a wreck and just cleaned up nice. After looking at videos of DIY touch screen replacement
I bought the whole unit and had a real auto shop do it. Also fixed two broken switches, replace right front bumper
cladding end piece I ripped off in a ditch six years ago. Ditto for the driver side front mud flap also ripped off in a different "event." The stump guard
was dented and rusting - have no clue when that happened. They straightened and painted it. All the work / parts was under $1,900.
Good to go for another 10 years.

Upgraded the Aluminium Unistrut to Galvanised Steel. Way more sturdier and doesn’t flex.
Mounted the traction boards to the side.

also had a friend help with the wiring job for the side and rear lights.

I don’t like the rear spot lights so I might swap those out for floods.
