Reminds me of the 4wps ones

I just looked on the website and it seems they bought all of 4wps stuff and just rebranded it

Interesting. Hoonigan owned both Smittybuilt and 4WP. They sold off 4WP in bankruptcy

AWE Exhaust, KARTBOY exhaust hangers, custom 1/0 exhaust grounding, lots of Titanium hardware from my old builds, silly JDM bits from my old Subaru builds, Uniden Bearcat Off Road CB, Firestik 2 w/custom CF mount, custom KARTBOY plate frame with Rigid Industries Spot on ball head mount, Yakima Mega Warrior w/custom CF cross brace. ARP extended studs (not installed yet), Optima Red Top, Siless Insulation in cab. Diode Dynamics LEDs throughout... More titanium fasteners. K&N intake snorkus delete. Greddy hose clamps throughout. DBA 4000XS Brake Rotors. TRD PRO fogs. Dakine Tail Gate Pad. Body Armor Sliders. Icon Stage 4 Lift. Eibach 1" Lift Blocks. Overland Taylor Tune. Rough Country Spare Tire Bed Mount. 67 Designs stuff on the dash. Uniden Radar Detector Hardwired. Spod Lighting Controls. RC Black Series Bumper Lamps RC Black Series Grill Lamp. Body Armor Stealth Front Bumper. Extended Brake Lines. Greddy Shift Knob. More to come of course.
The "vintage" part is rad. I had one of these I inherited from my grand parents. Powder Blue. It did not perform remotely close to a more modern cooler and was murdered by a bear in Lake Tahoe. I hope yours works better than mine did and is not murdered by a bear.

Attempted to externally seal the timing cover leak by removing the power steering pump and placing RTV over the offending area. Fairly easy repair to at least attempt. Hopefully it will at least slow down the leak somewhat. In hindsight I should have replaced my serpentine belt during the process so I’ll do that again in the near future and pull the PS pump again to check how my repair is holding up.

Doing the external rtv repair for mine soon too. Been procrastinating. Seems folks have had good results doing this. Fingers crossed for ya.

I procrastinated all week that I’ve been off but finally got around to it today. It’s not too difficult just take your time and clean well. I’m not positive it will completely eliminate the issue but should make at least a minor improvement.

Leveled her out today. Fox 2.0 all around. The front coil overs were super easy and took no time at all. The rears…….. THE DEVIL. That bottom bolt alignment deserves a special place in Hell. Oh well, they are installed and the she looks good. Test drive was successful and a noticeable improvement over the stock TRD OR. Next step will be wheels and tires as the current wear down.

Dude for real. I thought I fucked up when I did mine because the holes didn't line up. You have to almost angle the block in there diagonally then let the weight of the rear end straighten her up. Had me worried for a sec

On that note, installed some blacked out lights. Probably the worst picture in existence I'll get a better one later

...tell me more about your grille. Where did you get it or did you get it painted? Do you perhaps have a link to share? I really like it.

If your Taco is more than 6 years old I suggest checking the idler pulleys as well to make sure there is no play or noise being generated from them.

What lugs did you use with these? 295's look so much better than 285's on -38's. :101010:
