They said go with the Dana 300 with your kingpin pass. Drop Dana 60 front
They said cable shifters unless you want to fab up some mechanical ones
They said use the original FJ cruiser shifter for then ecocrawler and replace a bearing that all ways fails. I have the part #.
    Very helpful.

I have a question for those who might know. Do you think the way these shifters are will interfere with the Eco crawler hooked up to this? Dana 300. Thanks ahead of your time for the input.

You're in uncharted territory with the dana 300 behind the eco crawler. I haven't seen anyone else do it.

That said, all of the shift linkage sits center over the the eco crawler on the input/output shafts. Since your linkage looks like it's over the front driveshaft output, I don't think it would interfere. Is that custom shift linkage? I know nothing about the dana 300.

Custom is one way to put it. I hobbled something together to just see what it's going to look like.
Mine came from a jeep CJ. It's cast iron gear no chain and can be run pass. Or driver's side.
The Dana 300 gives you 2hi- 4hi- 4lo- 2lo rear and just front wheel drive low.

I can't find one pic of an eco crawler and Dana 300 on the internet the only reason I'm going to it is because of the front diff is pass. Side.

Thanks for the reassurance about the shifter.

Looking forward to seeing it. Is that a 4.1 or 2.62?

So I got.this in the mail. No Dana 300 instructions though. But I think I figured the Dana 300 part out but since I don't have another 3k I'm going to wait on nwf for some instructions.

now I'm reviewing this video. and I don't see how this can possiably be so. if the toyota planataries are 2.28:1 gear reduction and a stock dana 300 which is what I have has either 2.0-2.46 or 2.62 : 1 gear ratios how did I get a count that is 6:1? I knew something was wrong when I was counting I just don't know what. I must have counted wrong but I put red dots on the input and output so I would not get confused. oh well... whatever.

The Toyota planetary is 2.57:1 if that helps your math.

Sorry I’m late to the party.
Give them a call, I think a nwf will fit better between your stock case and the trail gear adaptor.

I think understand now. I'm adding 2.56+2.56 and i should be multiplying them together. that's why I thought my count was wrong but multiplying, it comes out to 6.6 and its somewhere there that my count was. On the first page to this thread Usethe2nd did some calculations by multiplying, so I tried that and it works out.
