No need to be embarrassed. Fuggers are descendants of the dinosaurs. Those claws are sharp and will tear... you... up.

Ham is best with some brown sugar and pineapple if you ask me.
NotaRubicon has a special (and quite amusing) disdain for ham operators. :)

I still look back and can't help but be impressed by a 15 lb bird that was not backing down from me. I wasn't fucking with it. I just walked into the backyard to take a piss and the chickens were out there and the rooster thought that I was up to something, LOL.

Well, yeah.. That's because ham guys are weird. :bananadance:

Yes to brown sugar and pineapple! It's almost weird that I'm not a bigger fan of ham, since pineapple is the only fruit that I really like, and I can eat Brown Sugar by the Spoonful.

A while back the topic was chase lights and someone asked if anyone had any dusty pictures. Well I found one. Since I'm at work not doing anything I decided to look though all my pictures.

My neighbors chickens are always in my yard. If they see me they run off. The doesn't do a thing, she won't even back at them. But she barks at me.

After the snow storm the other night my truck was covered in dust.
Today is found out the dust came from Oklahoma. Apparently the storm caused a dust storm.

I noticed that on my truck last week too. It looks like we just did a dusty trail run.

most ham guys that are on the radio all the time just try to see how far away they can talk to someone. callsign and location. radio checks. its riveting conversation.

the class was... an experience. it was basically a full day of going through every test question and trying to memorize them to then take the test and hope you did well enough to pass. the one instructor we had was a pilot and like 50 so he was ok. but all the people proctoring and grading the exams were like 75.

thats nothing compared to the first twat run I did with @Thatbassguy and others. luckily I was leading but it was so bad for everyone in the back having like 10 trucks and very dry roads. we cut some sections just to get out of the dust and make some miles.

On Saturday 3/15 @ 09:00, the AQI at Devils Lake was a whopping 412, highest reading in the state. Have never seen a reading that high here even during the Canadian wildfires. Strong smell of smoke and could barely see across the Baraboo valley.
