Easy for the 5vz. Just have to cut the oem crossover pipe in half to get it out then you don't have to move the engine or trans at all. Just have to pull the starter motor to get the passenger side header in

yeah, that could definitely help. not sure if the authentic ones have this problem but on the clones you aught to bolt the crossover to the pass side header before bolting the pass side header in place. the bolt closest to the back of the head and on the bottom/firewall side are a real bitch lol

due to vibration and the lack of space to get things tight tight i ended up having to redo them several times before I installed stage 8 locking fasteners

 

I didn’t think the 3.4 was known for exhaust leaks anyway. I guess it was made before those dumb CARB regulations that made all the exhaust manifolds crack due to the cats being so close to the head.

 

Why would you want to own a vehicle/powertrain that you deemed unreliable based on the many testimonials you've read and shared?

 

Well all cars are junk to an extent, but the 3.4/R150 combo is less unreliable than almost any other powertrain out there.

 

dunno mine cracked, sometimes shit happens. my truck probably had 400k miles and an odometer rollback before i bought it though. fucking unreliable piece of shit
