Charlie’s right. I’m in Indy. Grew up in Seacoast NH, and all my people are on the coast from Owl’s Head to Plymouth Rock, including my daughter and now a granddaughter outside of Portland. I get back there every few months if possible.

just getting my fiancé’s last kid out of high school and then hoping to move back.

Generally where in Maine are you?

Snow removal is basically a safety issue, regardless of what time it is :D:burnrubber:

I just lock it in 4WD the night before. I'm not snow shoveling or blowing at 3am before work :anonymous:

I get that. I'm the only one that really needs to get out so I don't worry too much about it. I know someone is going to bring up emergency services and I don't have a logical response to that. :notsure:

I'm right next to Portland, but I grew up in the White Mountains in NH. I've been living in Maine on and off most of my life. Never been to Indiana, but my wife is from Chicago so we get out to the Midwest sometimes.

She grew up in Marquette Park, but lived all over the city until she moved away in her 30s or so.

Praying for my brother, who married his second wife at Spring Mill Bible Camp at Mitchell, IN yesterday. He never talked about his family so we have no idea what happened with his first. His daughter sends me a Christmas photo card with her family and kids every year, though... We're enjoying a typical north Idaho spring, as Pastor MacLane said this morning, "It can be anywhere between two feet of snow and 75 degrees (24 C.), so we're between those extremes this week." 12" forecast for Lookout Pass (I-90)... NWS just bumped Tuesday's high to 67, partly cloudy before a return to rain/snow. Barcelona Red's been out of the garage since Monday, about time for a Parker Toyota maintenance appointment...

    Morning people of the unmod.

Late season winter storm heading this way.
Been cleaning the winter clutter in the garage.
Putting outside things back in their designated area.
Walk behind will be run back up to the garage and put in its spot.
Was thinking of going after the boat in the backyard.
    Yea,, that’s on hold..
    Have fun folks..

I remember as a kid around here we would have good snows all the way in April, like could be 12"+. Not so much anymore. I put my snowblower back in the shed over a month ago. Normally would still be in there, but I completely blew apart my garage and re-did it so I took the risk. :anonymous:

We camped in the UP on 4th of July week years ago. Got a little snow overnight on a couple of days. It would melt and clear up by noon. Morning stockers :hattip:

Expecting more rain than snow since we’re near the coast. Snizzle, if you will.

Yea they said that. But more than likely just let it melt if it amounts to anything. Just don’t want to pull out the tractor for 2 min of running.

Back in my Sled-Head days in Vermont, we did a short ride on Memorial day weekend. Mostly bare ground except for the packed down trails which still had a foot. Had to play around with the jets on the Mikunis in order to get the machines running halfway normal.

    That’s the problem with sleds.
At one point I started to build an intake for a chaparral for lawn mower carbs with external adj main jets.
Never finished it but, I had a vision…
