I see Westcott Designs rock sliders offer MIG and TIG welded options. Is there a significant benefit with going with TIG? I don't see companies like C4 advertising TIG or MIG on their website. Does anyone know if C4 rock sliders/bumpers are TIG or MIG?

Properly welded MIG and TIG (1020) will be the same strength so truthfully it's the aesthetic. There's a lot more labor involved in TIG welding so it's generally more expensive. Most places MIG theirs.

I TIG welded the tubes together on mine and probably wouldn't do it again. I think I had about 8hrs total prepping and welding the tubes and it would've been maybe 2 hrs MIG.

Appreciate the reply, that's good to know. I feel like if I'm going to spray paint the sliders, it'll cover up thr nice TIG welds from a DIY paint job lol

If a TIG weld cracked from rocks, could I reweld with MIG?

100%, although for a full repair I'd definitely gouge out the crack with a cut disc.
