The best standwhich is hot pastrami with swiss, mustard and pickles on a dutch crunch role.
But it needs to be a 1 to 1 ratio of meat and bread


But cubanos are good too. Atleast that looks like a cubano especially because they said miami

 

Or you get capicola, salami and pepperoni with fresh marinated mozzarella , mustard, garlic aoli, pepperoncini and marinated artichoke hearts. Toasted of course on a Italian or Dutch crunch

 

Or a nice toasted ciabatta role with melted swiss, some thin sliced steak cooked medium rare with a side of mushroom aju to dip in.

I bake without the science - it comes with random results as you'd expect. lol.

my measurements are "close enough" -- did enough accuracy in skool.

 

The closest I come to baking is making pancakes with ready made mix

 

I'm a terrible cook -- but I make a mean chimken/turkey pot pie (from skratch, sans the crust - frozen ftw) and a choco-mint cheese cake -- oh and apparently my MILs banana bread -- everyone wants it at work. lol.

 

I spent 5 years working in a restaurant and grew up with a half Italian and half hispanic family then married a asian. So i like to think im a decent cook

I didn't have any for it and Idaho takes forever to send them out lol. I finally registered it and have a sticker thing for the window though.
