Morning neighbors. Taking the pup to her follow up spay appointment. Hoping they’ll take the staples out and she can get back to normal activity. She wants to run and play in the back yard again

    Good morning fellas.

Trip to Bavarian Bakery is in order...the kids are here and taking their car for brake maintenance...so they will need wife's car to do the drop-off/pick-up.

It's a chilly 45F at 8am-ish but the wind has subsided--it's only supposed to warm up to 62F in Dover and 60F at the beach.

Eric, I hope your pup gets stitches out so she can be more playful.

Wubba, post pics when you can of your garden adventures.

We check into hotel today and have our couples massage at 4pm.

Wife wants to get there for lunch so we aren't stuffed while getting massages.

I'll be driving my truck since my daughter doesn't like driving my truck and prefers wife's Elantra.

Youngest daughter is coming down later to keep her sister company while wife and I are at the beach...one son-in-law will be here and hopefully the other SIL comes down.

Sipping on some coffee...chatting with you guys and ready to pack my overnight bag.

Have a great day and an awesome weekend everyone.

    Thanks Eric!

We will take some hoodies for the walks on the beach.

    Good day Delaware + Friends.

Welp, that Couple's Massage was intense for me!

I mentioned to focus on my lower back but then added shoulder blades...that girl went to town on my blades!

The first treatment/focus on those blades and I was almost in tears (exaggerating).

She attacked them another 3 times/per side and the pain wasn't as fierce--I hit the jacuzzi for some bubbled-heat afterwards.

Had dinner 2 hours later and went to one bar/pub and then called it a night.

Both of us were wiped out by the massage...that and we were exhausted. lol

I think I will just mention my lower back next massage...and let them find my aches instead of me mentioning it. lol

Lesson learned ...and we will continue to do this annual treatment on our anniversary.

Getting ready to watch White Lotus S4...but in the meantime, watching S1 White Lotus.

Bought 14 bags of Top Soil and laid it down on the grass...fixed the roof siding facia that was hanging by a nail thanks to March Winds!

    What a weekend!

Working on my meal prep now...the only chore I didn't do was replace/clean the kitty litter boxes.

    Enjoy your evening.

Good morning Delaware + TriState Area neighbors. :pccoffee:

It's back to W.O.R.K. Monday but today is our actual wedding day anniversary...so, I'm a little peppy today! :kona: :locked:

I met my wife on Feb 4, 1989 after arriving to London, Heathrow and we married just over a year later on Mar 24, 1990 in the town of Braintree, Essex.

It's nice to reflect on those years...both our daughters and their husbands (& Grand-Pups) visited us this weekend in between our overnighter to Rehoboth Beach.

And I have a correction to make about what season of The White Lotus I'm watching...it's S3 not S4. lol

    Have a good week everyone.

Then, I drove home for a "Nooner".

Just kidding you'all...even my Wife laughed when she asked why I came home.

    Anyhoo...

Going out to Dinner tonight on this rainy day.

    Hey Eric,

So I picked the restaurant last night and wife was cool with it...Texas Roadhouse.

Our long lost Nephew suggested a meet-up over the weekend.

Nephew did not realize it was our actual anniversary and for this little error, he paid for dinner!

He's back in our graces after going M.I.A. for a couple of years.

    Thanks RW!

What I've got on my mind now is the TRD Suspension Kit upgrade one week from today.

I'm gonna pay for parts...and then next week, pay for install.

Absorb the shock (no pun intended) and then review those little charges they like to throw in there with Labor.

I had a verbal about Labor so I will double confirm with manager.

Awesome! That’s exciting! I’ll be interested to hear how the ride quality changes, I don’t have any experience with any shocks other than the OEM ones that came on my SR5 and the Bilstein 5100’s I have now.

I get all my work and maintence done at an off road shop that specializes in Toyota trucks and I recently learned that they can rebuild Icon shocks in house, so I might get those once these Bilstens are at the end of their life. That will be a while though, I believe they have a “lifetime warranty” and they only have about 50K miles on them right now. Put them on the truck at around 30K miles.

I definitely will report ride difference.

The current OEM set-up does not do well on this one left turn I do at the North Gate of Dover AFB.

They seem kinda spungy and my truck slowly drifts/leans outside the cutout line.

That's the location I will test out my Bilstein 5100s...and hopefully, notice a better grip/lean/traction.
