Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

I've never washed this truck in 3 years...if course I've only driven it 1 miles since I've owned it, so I think I got some time.

 

You can just ship that to my house, I'll drive it plenty. You got my address

Also can leave the headrest covers on there

 

Was talking to my dad last week about tools and such and he said when he started mechanic work there were only 2 tool guys that came around, Snap-On and Cornwell.

He said the Cornwell man was selling tools out of the back of his 1957 Chevrolet

 

Had lunch at Hangar X, one of SpaceX's newer facilities out here. Lunch is $10 w/ soda buffet style for us contractors, $5 for x employees. They have pictures of Elon as Uncle Sam all over the walls, little odd...

Nap time

 

There are some Snap-On tools in the MAC box I bought the other day, these were the only ones broke. I ask my boss if we do some work for the Snap-On man. He said yeah, he ask him to stop by.


Only question he ask was green okay, I said that’s the preferred color of the shop folks

 

Now we just need a really small horse.

Why is it when I first started there was very little wind, but halfway through all Hell broke loose? Oh well, now it'll rain

 

It wasnt windy here for about 5 minutes

 

Got home from dropping off my local tax paperwork and was like "it's not bad out here, I'll clean the truck". Halfway pressure washing the frame and underside it started picking up

 

Cole needed to make one for a school project so I made this one and he copied it, helped him learn by having one and he can say he made his. He actually sawed the handles out for this one.

Has anyone here had use this? Pros? Con?

 

I vaguely remember the movie, I remember the stars!

 

Basically it's a wash with some glossifiers to make it seem like you got some protection on there, but in reality not really.

Meguiars Ultimate liquid wax-n-wash

i haven't had any "long term" success with wash-n-wax comboes, so I also use this...good stuff
