It had the post master at my local post office stumped

"Why the hell would they send you a cut out of the box, like someone cut this out and sent it back"

Glad they are making you whole! Hoping the check doesn’t have to go through the LA distribution center death pit that ate our parts

Can’t wrap my head around how we got the label back LOL, I would have figured the whole thing ended up in the pile out back upload_2025-3-24_14-53-48.jpg

@time623 i posted a thread in the suspension section asking the same question and mostly got “take out a tape measure and cycle the suspension”… While that is valid, I knew there would be someone smart enough to actually do science to find an answer! A working model seriously exceeded my expectations though

I don't care how refined or snobbish someone's palette is, bologna and white american cheese on wonder bread, which is basically a government issued sandwich or something you can get out of a vending machine, is a wonderful thing. Even if half of it sticks to the roof of your mouth. Extra points with a side of tomato soup. It's like a PB&J, it can't miss.

Take a moment this week and try one of these too

Been holding out for a deal on ADS to match the front (and support a once local business), but ended up stumbling in to a gently used set of Locked triple bypass for stupid cheap. I certainly don’t need them but for the for the price I’ll give em a go.

Today's least favorite thing: Sending someone a message on Marketplace and them asking me to call them in response.

I have an old Schwinn (Yeti) Homegrown for similar reasons. It's currently built up with a Crust Clydesdale rack, which is neat, but I really don't use it enough to justify the garage space.

I have a Schwinn to build up too. (Figuring on a simple Bikeman Carver fork) That Crust rack/fork is quite a thing. I haven't looked at measurements but looks like a useful setup.
