I use my 2lo at least once month. I work in construction so it comes in handy when backing up steeper driveways with all my tools in the truck.

    Lol Morimoto.

Some of their stuff is kind of neat and some of it is blatant copyright rip-offs and some of it is just plain bad. They're an interesting company though. Very rude to both their competitors and to their customers. I've hated having to deal with them in the past and will probably never end up buying anything from them.

Had I not just read this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...evo-headlights-are-here.848777/#post-30332319 would not have understood your comments. Found it to be disappointing with the DRL issue. Have been very pleased with their fogs.

The new Morimoto XB Evo performance is exceptional, however they are not perfect. You'll need to watch for the full in-depth review for all the details.

Form lighting is nothing more than off-the-shelf Chinese Vland resold under a white label "Form" domestically. Form did not design or build anything, it is literally just reselling Chinese Vland lights. GTR (from Morimoto) is the exact same thing, flipping the exact same Vland brand under their white label. Both are just reselling Chinese imported lights from Vland under their own label. I'd hardly call the products tremendous, personally I would avoid them. Both the GTR and Form lights can just as easily be purchased off Chinese alibaba, they are not anything special and not on par with actual Diode Dynamics or Morimoto products.

As far as not calling the form lights tremendous. Have you used them?

So, I am envisioning that this extends back a fair bit behind the transmission and then the transfer case or some such. The drive shaft gets shortened? Assuming it does. What happens to the angles???? You have a manual, but the autos are longer I think.

I'm honestly getting tired of being blinded in the morning by all these new brighter led headlights.

    I'm also a morgenmuffel

    Get checked for cataracts ?

But I hear ya. Unfortunately, an iPhone eye makes the whole world blind. So if someone has super bright LEDs or high beams on and you turn your light bar on, all they're going to do is get brighter lights too.

For some reason, police in every single state and city refused to enforce any kind of safety laws regarding headlights and LEDs and off-road lights. So... Who knows

Bright alone does not make a headlight better especially for oncoming traffic, excellent cut off and proper aiming make a world of difference.

I am German but I don't speak much of it. My experience in Germany is, they don't like it if you can't speak the language.

A pub we stopped at had 2 kinds of beer. You ordered licht or dunkel.
I made the mistake of saying dark and man, if that bar maid didn't get right in my face and say "dunkel" in a stern voice.
