That happened in my town. I guess one of their buddies passed so the cops blocked the lights and about 100 of those damn things came through, straight to a bar.

 

i mean if the cops are there then they at least got permission to do it. out in the town i grew up in you see them running around like they are cars now days. havent seen in it Bs yet lol.

 

In Missouri you used to (maybe still can) get a road pass as long as you pay the $12 and stay under 30mph. Otherwise I think you can get them road legal as a motorcycle.

 

i remember someone telling me you can ride a atv or sxs about 3-5 miles from your home idk about full registration thou i feel that would be odd to classify something that big as a motorcycle lol.

 

Yeah I think there are some stipulations, and there probably is a limit to how far you can go. But technically by MO Law you can slap a 'slow moving' triangle on the back and go under 30 and go all over, I believe, in anything. But don't quote me on that.

 

ya they must be regulated out the ass! i did read at one point that if you register it in a state that its legal to drive them on the road with no regulations then title it here missouri has to honor it. so people might be doing the old vermont trick like people did with bikes with no titles for years until sadly it was removed.

The multi-state trick has been overturned in pretty much every state. You have to abide by local laws.

I know dirtbikes are different thou since if the bike is street legal in one state and has been legal. When you take it to a new state the bike will have a street capable title so they can't do anything at that point.

 

Until you update your registry from moving into that state

 

Incorrect the bikes title has been changed to on road use it will no longer state an off-road only vehicle.

 

Depends on how the state handles inspections.

 

If the state requires a speedo you just add a speedo it's not that hard tbh. My bike has everything a street legal bike has minus a speedo lol.

 

You can in Iowa now under 35 mph. Rarely do I see them going that slow. They’ve basically become the new golf carts (which I also never understood)

 

On youtube there's a guy who put a vw beetle shell on top of a Polaris 1000cc SxS and titled it as a beetle.
