So the 3.5L doesn't have exhaust manifolds. It technically has downpipes that the cat is built in to. The head collects the exhaust gas from each cylinder internally and then there is one outlet for the entire bank. If you buy a used "manifold" it will come with a cat on it as well. It is illegal to sell used cats in the US without recertifying them but you can sell an exhaust manifold that just so happens to have a cat built in to it. Little play on the rules if you will. So search that site for US yards that show the manifold. Call them and see who will ship them overseas. Not many will but you should be able to find at least a few who will.

I’ve only gutted my secondary cats which doesn’t require a tune. At most you’ll see a gain of 20 lb/ft down low because of the downpipes but that’s about it. The tune is more just to make it run properly with no cats
