Who all is on the list? Really thought the F y’all option would get more votes…

@time623 in a pinch I can let you borrow my 1.25” spidertrax spacers from the rear. Just have them to match the front. They are low miles and in good shape. Can drive em up after work one day if ya want.

It's totally my fault too... :pout: I apologize.. I have them ready.. just been swamped with work and prepping to leave and change shops and take care of my last few big projects before I'm out of here.

    No worries!
There's a lot I could've been doing in the meantime but I've been lazy
I would probably still be in the same boat, rushing to finish this week, even if the first rev tabs had fit:rofl:

Well I owe @Supr4Lo an apology for lying to him… Should have never made a promise I couldn’t keep. Turns out I can’t resist a last minute, week-of project after all

One of my marketplace lowballs came through and got it all buttoned up tonight. These Locked bypasses are pure beef and a night and day difference from the ill fitting, leaking FOAs I had in there. Ride is tight and confidence inspiring! Can’t want to put them through their paces on the gap!

Will worry about permanent resi mounts when we get back.

I'm going to have to back out :pout:

Jacob and I found out last night that my spindle is not just bent, but also the UBJ ring is stretched out so the UBJ slug is loose instead of a press fit..

How loose is it? I don’t remember mine being particularly tight, certainly not press fit. Different brand but here are the @turbodb instructions I followed on mine, specifically mentions the stud will expand it. Perhaps JBA is different tho.

Not very loose, but there is probably 1mil or so of lateral movement you can feel.
The JBA instructions say if its loose the knuckle needs replacing upload_2025-3-26_9-45-37.png
That slug is pretty solid and thick, I can't imagine it'll expand much under the BJ torque but maybe it would

Still considering just welding the slug in, but I'm reaching out to that spindle guy to get pricing on a replacement before sending that

Ah, okay, looks like the SPC insert has a slot in it for expansion. Bummer! Good luck man, hope you get it sorted!

Wonder if you can just buy and use the SPC slugs?

@KingOfTheNorth When we did your trail repair you had to grind down the UBJ adapter since we couldn't press it in on the trail, and that just popped right back out right? Think this would be the same thing?

Looks like they are available if you think it would be compatible and fix your problem.

Best guess is I screwed it up pressing the old UBJs out using an autozone ball joint press that didnt fit right. There were times I ran my impact down on the BJ press for like 10+ seconds trying to get the damn things out, I'm sure thats more than enough force to do something like this
